So, I was browsing concreteloop.com and came across this picture of Chris Brown heading to a private party at Skateland in Cali.  In my opinion, I’m not sure what the heck CB is wearing!  First off, it’s the summertime!  I’m not sure how the weather during the summer is in Cali but I know it’s not cold enough for a d@mn sweater!  Or maybe it was cold (someone in the background has on a sweatshirt).  WEIRD, but anyways.  I love his Louis Vuitton belt and sweater is cute (In my opinion only in during the FALL though)<3 .  I don’t get those high shoes and the sneakers. Nevertheless, I am a fan of CB but this had to be one of the most RAndOM looks I’ve seen from him.

What do you think? Is this outfit Pretty (meaning hott, fly, trendy) or Random?
